Please read the following terms and conditions from Fesco Fence Inc before making any credit card payments:

Fesco Fence Inc. Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Payments

1. General

a. These terms and conditions apply to all credit card payments made to Fesco Fence Inc. (whether online, by phone, through mobile phone app, in person in our store, or in any other manner) 

b. By making a credit card payment to Fesco Fence Inc you accept these terms and conditions.

c. Fesco Fence Inc. may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amendment on its website at least 30 days prior to the effective date of change.

d. “Credit Cards” includes both credit cards and debit cards.

2. Return Policy

10% Return Charge on all returned merchandise. No returns without original invoice. All returns must be made within 5 days of purchase. No returns on non-stock items we have to order or make in-house. All returns that were paid for with a Credit Card will be subject to an additional 5% Credit Card Fee. Customer is liable for all reasonable collection and legal fees that may occur from any disputes.

3. Authorization

By entering your credit card information:

a. You are stating that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate.

b. You authorize Fesco Fence Inc. to charge the amount you have requested to your credit card.

4. Charges

a. If a charge is reversed by the credit card issuer or network, you agree to pay Fesco Fence Inc. a 5% service charge and to reimburse Fesco Fence Inc. for all reasonable costs of collection. Your credit card issuer may also assess its customary charge for such transactions.

5. Dishonored Requests for Payments

a. If your credit card issuer or network does not honor an online payment transaction, then Fesco Fence Inc has the right to charge the amount of any such transaction to your account or to collect the amount from you.

b. If your credit card issuer or network does not honor an online payment transaction, Fesco Fence Inc may terminate any or all purchases or services, and Fesco Fence Inc. may cancel your right to participate in the online payment program.

6. Confirmation of Payment

a. By clicking “Pay Now,” you are consenting to receive a one-time confirmation of this payment electronically to the email address you have provided.

7: Payment Errors

Whether the payments are Deposits, Progress Payments or Final Payments - If you make more than one payment either accidentally or for any other reason, the refund or charge back will be subject to 5% fee.

BY CLICKING ON THE "Make A Payment Here" BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THE FESCO FENCE INC TERMS AND CONDITONS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.

All major credit cards are accepted. When you click the "Make A Payment Here" button you’ll be redirected to a secure site for processing by Chase Bank through Authorize.Net (Fesco Fence Inc does not have access to your credit card information). A receipt will be emailed to you upon completion.
